VISUAL PHASE: Coppery brown in colour, with amber hues. Medium frothy consistency.
SMELLING PHASE: Persistent fruity aroma finishing in dried fruits and holmoak wood.
TASTING PHASE: Sweet first impression (apples, bananas) with a harmonious finish of wild chestnuts, smoke and paprika.
PAIRING: Stew or baked game meats. The beer smoked touch goes well the passage of game meats and encourages continuing eating. Well-baked or grilled fowl. Goes well with pickled partridge and grilled chicken. Good combination with mushroom stews and grilled mushrooms (boletus, níscalo (saffron milk caps), parasol, etc.).
