Ingredients: Water, barley malt, cherry, hops, yeast. 5% Alc. Vol.
VISUAL PHASE: Intense matt red in colour. Light carbonic gas.
SMELLING PHASE: Intense aroma of cherries and yeasts of the variety Bretanomyces, from the cherry peel. Fruity and floral aromas of fresh cherries and white flowers (orange blossom and white carnations).
TASTING PHASE: Very expressive beer, mild in the mouth leaving notes all along in the mouth. At the end of the tongue a hint of acidity is perceived, which perfectly combines with the cherry sweetness and beer bitterness.
PAIRING: We recommend light cakes, sponge cakes and rice pudding. Good combination with pasta or rice salads.
